Do the services support the English language?
MIC administration services support both Arabic and English. The language can be switched using the buttons next to the company logo at the top of the page.
What is the difference between the subscription packages?
Subscription packages table will be included.
Can I try the package before subscribing?
Yes, you can take advantage of most of the core system features for 14 days
How do I subscribe to the service if I am using the free trial?
After paying for the package, you can continue with the same version you worked on during the free trial.
How can I know the subscription expiration date?
You can find the subscription expiration date in your account on the MIC administration website through the control panel. Personal Page > Subscriptions.
How can I contact the administration team?

How is the bank transfer status confirmed?
If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, you will receive a message on the registered number, and your request will appear in the control panel. Personal Page < Subscription Requests. Once the transfer is confirmed, we will update the status and activate the subscription.
